Extract any portion or all the discrete data and/or scanned and saved reports on a patient with a few keystrokes. You can also preset, name, and save any extract combination of data and reports so clinicians get easy access to the right combination of data as needed with one keystroke.

Look up a patient records from your new Live system and Capstone can pull up all legacy records on that patient from all legacy systems within your Capstone system and in all other Capstone systems within your healthcare network.

All data from legacy systems are converted from a difficult to access proprietary format to a vanilla Microsoft SQL format with human readable tables empowering the customer to easily utilize any major analytics tools/report writer tools on day one for no additional cost.

   No Maintenance Fees -
MindsEye Tech does not charge on-going system maintenance fees, providing for great long-term savings. Capstone strives to be a bug free product, so if a bug is found MindsEye Tech will fix it for free.

   No Enhancement Fees -
MindsEye Tech does not charge for enhancements to the Capstone product. We strive for a one product solution at all customer sites. Enhancements are added from direct customer input and made available to all customers at no cost with future legacy system additions.

   No Extraction Fees -
MindsEye Tech has experience working with data from new and old technology vendors since 2001. We have built up quite a bank of experience, so we do not charge for legacy data extractions. Our business model is to import all possible legacy systems into Capstone. We will analyze any legacy systems data prior to contract free of charge. Only if we can't unravel your data (unlikely), will we incorporate a 3d party that knows that vendors specific technology for data extraction and you pay only them to keep the cost down.

   No Cost Hardware/Software -
Capstone runs on a PC or Virtualized PC/Server running Microsoft SQL. Most hospitals have these requirements up and running at their site already and can repurpose them for Capstone's use. More Savings.
